2019 MotoGP Test: This is a Team and Racers List, Complete

The 2019 MotoGP season officially starts on Tuesday 20 November, starting with a pre-season test at Circuit Ricardo Tormo, Valencia, Spain.

The track which held the 2018 MotoGP final series was opened at 10:00 local time (GMT + 1) for the morning session until 14.00, MotoGP.com said on Tuesday.

Then the circuit reopens at 3:00 p.m. for the afternoon session for the next two hours.

Some racers also talked about the importance of pre-season tests to MotoGP.com

"One of the most important things is to know the motorbike when trying a motorbike because it can be very fast but it can also be slow. Being fast doesn't mean it's better, so you have to know the motorbike. That's the most important," said 2018 MotoGP world champion Marc Marquez.

In MotoGP 2019, Marquez will race with a new colleague, Jorge Lorenzo, who has just officially become a Repsol Honda racer after leaving Ducati.
